Mr. Hem K. Bhargava is an Academic administrator with a successful professional experience of over 30 years in the IIHMR. He is a role model for others in dealing with various functions in the organization. He is one of the earliest employees of the IIHMR group and has grown steadily with time. He received his Bachelor’s in Science and Masters’ in Public Administration from the Rajasthan University. He also holds a Masters’s in Business Administration. He has completed a certificate program in “Management of Human Resources in Health and Population” from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, USA. He also holds a certificate in proficiency in “Personal Growth”;

“Counselling Skills”; “Creative Leadership”; “Basic Human Processes Lab” (Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences).

Currently, Mr. Hem Bhargava holds the position of the Registrar at the IIHMR University and member/ member secretary to various vital committees/ councils of the University. He has also held important positions at the Institution as Controller of Examination, Placement Incharge (IIHMR University), General Manager (Academics- IIHMR Group), etc.

He has guided, mentored, and aided placements of more than 2000 students of various streams and backgrounds into numerous organizations of hospital, health, pharmaceutical and development sector. He is also associated with the National HRD Network, Udai Pareek HRD Research Foundation, Indian Society for Training and Development for many years in different capabilities.

Mr. Bhargava possesses great professional calibre in academic planning, placements, examinations and evaluation, management of academic activities, counseling and individual development, marketing and social media networking, public relations, and media planning, etc.

He has coordinated and attended numerous national and international level conferences, workshops and lecture series by eminent scholars. In addition, he is a cogent promoter of Blood Donation and Organ Donation.
